Our series of three Intensive Business Modelling workshops will give you the tools and skills you need to design, develop or refine your business model and plan effectively for growth:

  Articulate, test and evaluate your value proposition and wider business model using the business model canvas and related tools.
• Developing your Business Model
  17 September 2015, 09:00-16:00pm, Waterton Centre, Bridgend
  Develop and refine your business model to include competition, customer segments and relationships, routes to market and sales channels, operational; resources and partnerships.
• Refining your Business Model
  23 September 2015, 09:00-16:00pm, Innovation Centre, Bridgend
  Test, evaluate and further refine your business model through financial modelling (pricing, costing and revenue streams).

These workshops are suitable for senior leadership teams, including chief executives, technology, sales, marketing, strategy, and finance leads, in all business sectors. The programme is aimed at:
