This seminar will focus on the development of infrastructure to support the growth of bioscience in Wales, incubators, follow on space and company expansion.
There will be discussions on the wider debate on funding strategy and the current economic case around bioscience. Presentations will include expertise on energy saving, extending and converting lab facilities, project management, and the legal perils and pitfalls of construction projects.
