MediWales’ latest AGM will take place at 12pm following the Life Science Expert Advisory Group Meeting.

All current members who have paid their membership fee are entitled to attend the AGM, or may appoint a proxy to vote on their behalf. If you intend to appoint a proxy will you please inform the Chairman, Greg Baily, by emailing Charlotte Tyson charlotte.tyson@mediwales.com before the date of the meeting, or provide your proxy with written authorisation on the day.

In accordance with Articles of Association, quorum is 10% of the total membership on the day of the meeting. This is likely to be around 14 members.
