As the largest Medical Devices Exhibition in the world Medica is not to be missed. Spread over 17 halls, with over 4,500 exhibitors and 134,000 international visitors, it is a great place to promote your product, find overseas distributors and research competitors’ products.

For companies new to Medica, MediWales and the Welsh Government team can offer a range of advice and support packages before and during the event.

Support:
The Welsh Government has its own stand, and for the first time this year has an additional stand in the Diagnostics Hall.

By hosting companies on the Wales stand, the Welsh Government is able to reduce the cost for exhibitors. In addition to your own booth, the stand also benefits from a central meeting area. Assistance is also available for companies visiting as delegates, or exhibiting elsewhere.

Support packages:

Full exhibition package: Exhibition booth on the Wales stand, exhibition passes, economy flights (Depart – Heathrow, Tue 19th, return – Sunday 24th), airport-hotel transfers and five nights of accommodation with breakfast for two people. The cost (after subsidy) to each exhibiting company will be £2,870

4-day visitor package: This includes one 4-day exhibition pass, economy flight (depart Heathrow Tue 19th Nov, return Saturday 23rd), airport – hotel transfer on Tuesday and four nights of accommodation with breakfast for one person. The cost (after subsidy) to each company will be £600. Additional visitors may attend if space is available, but without subsidy.

2-day visitor package: This includes one 2-day exhibition pass, economy flight (depart Heathrow Tue 19th Nov, return Friday 22nd and three nights of accommodation with breakfast for one person. The cost (after subsidy) to each exhibiting company will be £470. Additional visitors may attend if space is available but without subsidy.
