Springdew Limited is a family-owned business, specializing in packaging services for the pharmaceutical, healthcare, veterinary and medical device markets.
We commenced trading in 1992 and have, over the years, grown to over 60,000 square feet. We are based near Swansea, just off junction 45 of the M4.
We are MHRA licensed for the primary & secondary assembly and packing of pharmaceutical products. We also hold ISO 13485 ( Medical Devices ) & ISO 9001 accreditations.
We undertake full QP Release to Market and have 2 QPs on site.
We pride ourselves on our quality, flexibility, cost-competitiveness and speed-to-market.
We are approved by several multi-national healthcare companies and have won several awards for our high levels of customer service.
Our packaging services include: hand-assembly, embellishment, re-packing, inspection, carton and/or leaflet replacement, shelf-ready packing, high-frequency welding, blister-to-card sealing, clip-strip & gravity feed unit assembly, counter display unit assembly, over-labeling, RFID tagging, over-wrapping, shrink-wrapping, flow-wrapping, shrink-sleeving and medical device assembly/packing.
In addition, we have in-house vacuum forming facilities for clam and plastic tray production. This offers our customers high levels of flexibility and quick turnaround times.
