Update from The Collaboration Project

Are you leading a cross-functional or cross-organisational group – such as a project team, or a tie-up between one company and another, or with academia or government bodies? The Collaboration Project is for you! It’s a free network that you can join, started earlier this year, that’s gradually building into a useful resource to help you to deal with the many challenges of complex work relationships. Check it out here.

Later this year, The Collaboration Project is hoping to launch a training workshop, or series of eLearning/workshops, for the LifeScience Academy, that will you with the practicalities of setting up, managing and leading excellent performance in partnerships. Watch this space for further news.

Right now, take a look at a couple of articles about managing relationships with Japanese teams, and about the special set of skills needed to manage cross-functional or cross-organisational teams – get them via The Collaboration Project’s LinkedIn group.

If you are traveling or have colleagues in London/East England, you may like to join a free breakfast seminar on Alliance and Partnership Management, which we are running for One Nucleus on 21st June – get in touch via www.onenucleus.com.
