Professors recognised in New Year’s Honours List
Professor Keith Harding from the Wound Healing Research Unit, Cardiff University has received a CBE for services to Medicine and Healthcare. He has lead the way in using maggots in medicine.
Professor Judith Hall, who recently spoke at the UK HealthTech conference, also received an honour and was awarded an OBE for services to Academic Anaesthetics and Charitable services in Africa. Judith is professor of Anaesthetics, Intensive Care and Pain Medicine at Cardiff’s University Hospital of Wales. She is also the founder of the Mothers of Africa charity.
