Within the NHS eProcurement strategy announced last year there is a mandatory requirement for all suppliers to the NHS to implement GS1 standards.  Simultaneously, UDI, which has been long in gestation, is now very much with us with the new legislation likely to be adopted by the EU in early 2016. Many members are still unclear about the relationship between both requirements and how they relate to each other.  This conference aims to bridge that gap.
