ABHI Procurement Conference 2019

Change is happening right across the procurement landscape with the NHS Supply Chain new operating model now fully operational. This ABHI conference will inform industry of the recent commercial developments impacting companies, as well as detailing opportunities for businesses to support key service changes.

This full day event will address:

  • How companies can best work with the Category Tower procurement structure at both national and regional level
  • How value-based procurement is taking shape and the important factors to consider when selling into the NHS of the future
  • Understanding efficiency and productivity drivers in the NHS.
