The Cost The Welsh Government is supporting* companies to take part in this export market visit. For this event, you can attend either as an exhibitor or as a visitor:  Exhibitor – The cost to exhibit is £2,500 for two representatives per company. This includes:

• Return flights and in market transfers
• 4 nights accommodation (including breakfast)
• 4  day Medica exhibition pass
• Exhibition stand and exhibition registration
• Online/catalogue entry

Visitor – The cost is £600 for one representative per company. This includes:

• Return flights and in market transfers (one way)
• 3 nights accommodation (including breakfast)
• Medica visitor pass

If you would like support to arrange a programme of 5-6 meetings during Medica, then this can be done at an additional cost of £750.
