Join us for Welsh Health Hack 2018 – bringing healthcare professionals together with data scientists, analysts, designers, and software engineers, to kick-start change in the NHS in Wales.

This event is for health staff who want to collaborate with technology companies to solve an operational challenge.

• Health staff will ‘pitch’ their challenges
• Small cross-functional teams will form and over 2 days work together to create solutions, a product idea, or prototype
• Teams will present their ideas or prototype to an expert panel
• Promising projects will be invited to receive ongoing support from the organising partners, which will include and an exclusive opportunity to pitch for Welsh Government / Bevan Commission funding.

Health staff – Once registered we will be in touch with you a few weeks before the date to discuss your participation, to help you refine your challenge and prepare your pitch.

You can also join us if you just want to contribute and help others work on their challenge, collaborate with other like-minded individuals, and shape the future of health tech advances in Wales.

This is a great opportunity to develop your career, gain new skills, network, or even kick-start your own new company!

This 2 day event is run collaboration with the Welsh Government, Bevan Commission, ABCi, NHS Wales and Wales Deanery at the Life Sciences Hub in Cardiff Bay.

Refreshments will be provided during both days, with a drinks reception between 6-8pm on the Thursday evening.
