We are excited to announce our two national calls for innovative solutions focusing on supportingmental health resilience of young people, and keeping people healthy at home.
We are looking for organisations that will ultimately be capable of supplying their product or service on a commercial basis in response to these health and care challenges.
The successful projects will be selected primarily on their potential value to the local health economy and on the improved outcomes delivered for service users.

Do you have an innovative product or service to help people stay healthy? We are looking for products and services that give people confidence to deal with their health issues and still feel supported and connected whilst at home.
This competition theme has focus on two priority areas for the challenge:
– staying well & confident and out of hospital
– staying connected and supported at the right time and right place
Support offered: £40,000 is available to pilot your solution in one of our healthcare member organisations, plus the opportunity to have the project evaluated.
