10Eighty Cymru Expands with Welsh Appointment

A well-respected employee engagement company, which launched in Wales in September, has already expanded to take on its first new member of staff.

10Eighty Cymru has appointed David Tee as an associate, a role which will see him join forces with Managing Director, Toby Townrow, to offer clients training to help them provide demonstrable improvements in organisational and people performance.

David is a British Psychological Society-registered coach with 24 years’ experience and is the editor of ‘The Coaching Psychologist’. With a background in operational and human resource management, and a wide portfolio of clients from the private and public sectors, David has nurtured a passion for facilitating and enabling the growth and development of both individuals and organisations.

Speaking about his new role, David said:

“I’m really excited to be coming onboard with 10Eighty Cymru. It’s an interesting time to be looking at workplace interventions that can have a positive impact both on the well-being of employees and the organisations they work for.

“My method is to draw from a wide range of approaches, tools and techniques and adapt my coaching to best suit my clients’ needs and desired outcomes.”

Toby Townrow, 10Eighty Cymru’s Managing Director, said:

“It is great to be able to bring David into the 10Eighty Cymru team at this crucial time for the business.

“It has been a busy few months for 10Eighty Cymru and the fact that we’re already expanding is testament to our early success. I’m looking forward to working with David and seeing how the business continues to grow in 2018.”
10Eighty Cymru’s core services include Leadership and Management Development, Team Effectiveness, Executive Coaching, Career Management and Career Transition/Outplacement.

The consultancy has enjoyed great success with Career Centre™, leading edge software that enables organisations to improve, implement and manage career development initiatives, resulting in increased employee engagement.

In addition, 10Eighty Cymru runs a suite of training courses accredited with the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM), which will give the new consultancy the ability to award recognised UK qualifications for their learning.
