Business space for life sciences in South Wales – Survey
Work is well underway to develop the new £350 million Grange University Hospital in Cwmbran. Adjacent to the hospital, there is potential to develop land for a new Medi Park, envisaged as a new location for higher-value commercial uses in the life sciences sector.
Torfaen CBC has commissioned SQW to consider potential demand for new business facilities. To help inform this, we would welcome the views of firms in South Wales’ life science sector, and we would be grateful if you could complete this short survey:
