Dragons’ Den open for applicants

A new series of the popular BBC show, Dragons’ Den, is on its way and the Dragons are searching for business ideas, inventions or products with serious business potential that are investment ready and looking for funding.

Dragons’ Den gives entrepreneurs the chance to pitch their proposals to a panel of the UK’s most successful business people, willing to invest their own money in exchange for equity.

The Den is a challenging place to pitch, but it’s also a genuine business opportunity to secure investment. In 2013, 15 entrepreneurs accepted offers of investment in the Den worth a combined £980,000, with plenty more achieving success after taking on board the Dragons’ advice.

For the upcoming series the five Dragons will be Duncan Bannatyne, Kelly Hoppen, Deborah Meaden, Piers Linney and Peter Jones.

If you are interested in pitching for investment from the Dragons, you can apply by visiting the website at www.bbc.co.uk/dragonsden, or by emailing apply.dragonsden@bbc.co.uk
