We are very pleased to have been commissioned by a global healthcare company to assess the market opportunity for an innovative range of wound care products including the following:

  • A review and assessment of existing market data
  • A secondary research based analysis of the dressings market place and a review of the health economics
  • An extensive primary research project with groups of stakeholders including focus groups and individual participants
  • Detailed analysis of the resulting data and comprehensive reports including recommendations on next steps

The reports enabled the client to make an informed decision about the development strategy for this range of products in order to best direct their funding for optimal ROI.

Life Sciences Open Innovation and Corporate Communications

This is an exciting new project with a clinical stage biotech company developing oncolytic virus-based therapies for the treatment of cancer. Fulcrum has been commissioned to develop an Open Innovation forum for their technology and to undertake all marketing activity to promote the forum and the technology.
