Quality Engineer

Polymer Health Technology, based in Ebbw Vale and established in 2004, is the only independent European manufacturer of hydrophilic polyurethane foams for wound care applications; the continued growth of the business has created the need for an experience quality engineer.

The ideal candidate should be a graduate from a Science or Engineering Discipline with experience of quality assurance management in an ISO 13485 environment, and the interpersonal skills to lead, coach and manage in a rapidly growing manufacturing business.

Desirable skills and experience include:-

• Problem solving tools and techniques such as root cause analysis, six sigma.
• Internal auditing and GMP techniques
• The implementation and development of Quality Management Systems in a lean manufacturing environment
