SEHTA 2018 Healthcare Business Awards – Call for Nominations Now Open!

SEHTA is pleased to celebrate excellence by organising its annual regional competition to select the best achieving companies of 2018 in the following 5 categories:

Export Achievement

Start-up

Innovation

Partnership with the NHS 

MedTech or Healthcare Investment of the Year – new category (most significant/transformational public and/or private sector funding received in 2018)

Special Outstanding Achievement Award
This year we have shaken up the categories by removing the “Outstanding Achievement Award” from the list of categories open to the public. So instead, SEHTA will be looking at the all the companies we have come across this year and will decide alongside the judges, which company will be announced the winner of this award.

Nominations are now open for each category and close at 5pm on Friday 14th December. You may nominate your own company or another company with their permission, providing you/they have an office or lab/workshop, or research interest based in Kent, Sussex, Surrey, Hampshire, Berkshire, Isle of Wight, Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire, or Milton Keynes and fit the definition of a Small or Medium-sized Enterprise, then you/they are eligible.

The top 3 companies of each category will be invited along to the awards evening and the winners will be announced at our prestigious event on Monday 11th February 2019 at the Holiday Inn, Gatwick. The winners will then participate in the MedilinkUK National Awards competition and national winners will be celebrated at one of Europe’s largest healthcare innovation; Med-Tech Innovation Expo,15 – 16 May 2019, Birmingham NEC
