Swansea Firm Supports COVID Fight With Disinfection Robots

A Swansea-based firm has been supporting the fight against Covid-19 by supplying robots designed to sanitise a whole building.

Evolve Raybotix has supplied hundreds of robots worldwide to businesses such as restaurants, hotels, cinemas, sports centres and offices, as well as clinics and schools.

The UV-C Ozone disinfection robots map surroundings and use a combination of UV-C light and ozone to kill 99.9 per cent of microorganisms on all surfaces by destroying their DNA structures.

The robots have been designed in Italy by a team of engineers from parent company Autognity.
